In addition to the self storage storage rooms, we also offer affordable and flexible hall areas of 100 m² to 500 m² for commercial storage at this store. The room heights are 3.50m on the ground floor, 2.80-3.10m on the upper floor, and 2.20m in the basement. The floor load is 1,000kg. These areas can be reached at ground level or with a freight elevator too (2,000kg, 2.70x1.50m). This storage space is dry, clean, and heated, and is suitable for larger storage volumes as they cover the professional logistics needs of tradespeople and companies. These areas can be individually defined and rented based on your space and time requirements.

Unfortunately, there are some events, that may damage your goods, which are out of our control, such as a fire or flood. It is therefore standard practice for self storage companies to require their customers to adequately insure their goods for the duration of their stay.
We would be happy to offer you our extended liability via StoreProtect, please speak to our employees on site. This means we accept liability for your goods whilst in storage (up to a pre-agreed value) – protecting your goods from situations like theft, loss or damage.
Please note: If you do not add insurance to your contract, you must provide evidence that your goods are adequately covered by your own insurance policy.
